Took my car in for service. Great service friendly atmosphere made me feel at home. These are a great group of people that do great work.
My credit was not A1 but they worked with me and made sure I DROVE out....I purchased a 2004 sebring almost a year ago and I haven't Had any problems yet...excellent cars and. excellent service!!!! Thank you!!!
Okay let tell it how it is. I make 15 hr 40+ a week. Have two Nice Trades. Both 4 wheel drive, runs and southern vehicles "NO RUST" which all Michigan vehicles have now a days. I come in to try to move up to a nicer vehicle that is more convenient for my family. Also a payment which Id hate but hey credit could help me. I could not pull on the car lot to park and was told to park in the grass. Which I though was illegal on city property. Only had my car for 3 months and it ha multiple issue that should have been taken care of before they released the car from the lot thy get a big ����
this car lot buys cars totaled out and put them together. most of there cars have rebuilt titles. i purchased a car from them and my transmission went bad, right along with my front and rear differential. they kept blowing me off for weeks about repairing my car until they told me to purchase an extended warranty. i purchased the warranty and they ended up scamming the warranty company for the stuff that was already messed up on the car. these people sucks big time and they getting over on us in our own community.
I was fortunate enough to purchase my vehicle from United Car Company and I LVOE IT!!! The Sales person Ali was great. Also the company is willing to work with customers and put you in a nice affordable car. If you need a reliable vehicle check them out!!!
I purchased a vehicle from this company and experienced minor problems within the first weeks of having it, took the vehicle in for repairs and the problem was resolved immediately.
