We have been seeking a way to have our retirement dream home built in east Texas. A difficult process for retired people on fixed income to understate the facts. We found UBH in Tyler Texas! What a great day! Eva Dacus has made our life and search a "warm bed" of comfort rather than a tortured search! We actually cannot recall a better experience! The entire office of Eva, Randy and Mitch have been more than we could have expected.
