UPDATE: 3 months into living in our new home we have encountered significant electrical concerns that have not been adequately trouble shot or addressed. Currently we are having to reset at least one breaker a day, not always the same one, causing us great concern to the electrical safety of our home. We have been very satisfied with UBH from initial contact, to design, to build and being handed our keys. We have had other homes built for us and none have gone this smoothly. Jeannie spent hours meeting with us designing our very specialized house. Her many years of experience helped keep us on track during the design process.
