We have been very satisfied with UBH from initial contact, to design, to build and being handed our keys. We have had other homes built for us and none have gone this smoothly. Jeannie spent hours meeting with us designing our very specialized house. Her many years of experience helped keep us on track during the design process. Our home was built within 5 mos time. The materials used appeared to be top quality, especially the lumber used for construction. Overall the subcontractors did a good job and we were pleased with the final product. I would recommend UBH to others based on our experience.
