We do not recommend United FP or Regency FIreplaces. United sucks you into installing a Regency because they are the only company around that will service them. And trust me you will need service because it will quit working every couple of years. We just paid more than $500 to get our FP running AGAIN. The part = $100. Labor was greater than $400. A complete rip off. I called every FP business I could find. None will repair Regency because they are junk! And now we are stuck with it. Should have gone with Madison FP!! I pla... read more
They communicated well about when they could service my fireplace, the price, and when the technician was on his way here. Joe Laufenberg was warm, worked quickly and efficiently. Great service!
Shaun and Joe were very professional and did a great job. W are going to love our new fireplace insert.
