We highly recommend this company. We have wanted to install an electric fireplace for years and struggled with design, location, etc. We met with Andy at the east side store and he was beyond helpful. Very frustrated working with with them. Our stove came damaged from manufacturer and was directly delivered to our house as we live a few hours away from Madison, however, had to purchase this stove through United Brick and Fireplace. Even though the stove was under warranty and they hired the moving company to deliver it, it took months of haggling and a BBB complaint for them to take, reluctant, action.
