Used Car Sales --> Patrick McPherson is one of the best salesmen I have every worked with. I have purchased 12+ cars in my lifetime and the last two were from Patrick. He is no nonsense, straight forward, and VERY helpful. I had to move from a BMW X6 to a BMW X7 as my blessings of grandchildren have "blossomed" and I needed more room. Thank you so much Patrick.

I was looking for a used car for my daughter and found a Mini Cooper we liked. I called to confirm availability, and the salesperson, Micky, confirmed it was there and gave me specific directions to his dealership. We arrived 30 minutes early, but after waiting for Micky, a different salesperson approached us. First off, service department here is wonderful. This review does not reflect anything about the service as that is great. Sales however is the exact opposite. Their concern for the customer experience is non-existent at best. Make the sale and move on is their motto. I've got pictures, names, texts that I'm not putting here but I will never buy a car from this dealership again. Have a 6 month old IX that stopped charging. No remote fix so had to bring it to the shop for emergency visit - waited over an hour and no one even looked at it, with no loaner car available. Had to cancel my whole morning and didn’t even get a resolution. Don’t know if it’s the car or the service location, but at this point I’m very disappointed in both.
