My buying experience was great and quick my sales person Charles Evans was exceptional and non pushy which was important since I was considering other brands. Test drove a 2026 M5 then left but could not stop thinking about it so I immediately called Charles and told him I wanted it and I will come on Monday to get it since they were closed on Sunday. The manager is an absolute smart-ass. Whether that’s his personality or he wanted to get a sale done, it was a terrible experience. I went ahead and left the dealership and made my purchase at BMW of Gwinnett instead where I got a much better deal and the people were MUCH better. We were so frustrated by his attitude my wife and I forgot his name. Needless to say even though Gwinnett BMW is further away for service and etc, we are willing to make that sacrifice just to stay away from this dealer.
No pressure and outstanding customer service.
