I personally didn't have a positive experience donating blood today in the Vallecito room at Fort Lewis College, where United Blood Services was present for people who wanted to donate blood. The staff on duty were not that friendly. They were rude, inconsiderate, and I felt uncomfortable. I was really nervous to begin with, and they weren't really acknowledging me. I will not donate blood to United Blood Services again. I am taking my business elsewhere.
