Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Been going there for a few years now
I needed a special collections, the process for onboarding was quick and easy. Blood donation was seamless, everyone was nice. Really grateful to the Vitalant team for offering this service free of charge.
Special collections didn't put my order through but Vitalent made me an appointment, I left a message to call me back and make sure everything was taken care of, and never got a return phone call. I went all the way down there and then they came in after keeping me there for 20 minutes to answer all the questions I had to answer then used the words "you are disqualified" gross, and sent me packing, what an unprofessional way to say we can't do your test today, be better Vitalent. and see your parients as humans and not numbe... read more
