This place is terrible. They are so rude and they never answer the phone or return messages. Set up an online appointment for therapeutic blood donation with order in hand. They turned us away and said to fax the order and could take time. They didn’t care that it was urgent. So disappointing and disgusted.
The staff there is always friendly always checking up on me if I’m ok or I want any snacks. I always try to go once a week to donate platelets
Friendly & attentive staff. They would take care of you and ensure you are comfortable during the whole process. Highly recommend!
Mobile Blood Bus was great. Staff handled the crowds great. Director is very good. Almost perfect.
1st visit in well over 15 years.
