Called in the morning, got "Fred" on the phone, set an appt for 12 noon, he didn't ask my name. Came in at 11:50, another guy was in the chair. Fred said he'd be done in a few minutes. 40 minutes roll past and Fred's still not done and the customer is now asking for a beard trim. Fred acknowledges to the shop that I had the appointment, but doesn't try to get me with another barber or tell the guy in the chair he needed to take me. I had enough of the disregard & disrespect so just left.
Dace got me right, it’s a good environment and super chill. Definitely coming back.
Charleston is the best I highly recommend a cut from him!!! His time is respected.
