RecommendedHighly recommend. We had stopped at a few other places before we got to United. United was hands down the most personable and easy to work with. I recommend asking for Brandon! He’s extremely knowledgeable and so easy to get along with! Ended up finding the most perfect car and absolutely will be my first stop when I’m in the market again!
We shopped several other used car lots before going to United. The condition of the vehicles these other shops are offering for sale is very unsatisfactory, we saw numerous cars with obvious paint defects, rust, cracked and broken trim, worn out tires, and damaged interiors. These were being sold at a premium price and the dealers didn’t want to repair or recondition the cars to our satisfaction. The customer service we received we outstanding! Shy went above and beyond to to make sure the process went smooth. She even came in on her day off to make sure we were taken care of.
