A world of thanks for the staff @ United Auto! Dennis G is the best sales person you could ask for! He went above and beyond for me recently. I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium in beautiful shape. I visited the service dept. as a few minor things had to be worked on! Paul and his staff gave me outstanding quick service. Went in to look at a 2011 Avalanche. I wasn't sure about the truck thought it was a little over priced. Saleswoman Maria came up to me and we chatted. I was going to head out and keep looking. She asked what I was looking for. She went above and beyond and found me a 2014. We had a little hard time finding the truck so I could look it over. But her hard work and dedication to the customer she had located the truck. Know I am a proud owner of a 2014 Silverado Z71. Thanks again Maria.

Great people to work with very friendly and they made it quick and easy to get financed and get my car when I've been having trouble getting financed for a car. Service department was also great and helped me get my tires off of my old car for me.
Had a great experience at United Auto. Thanks to Dan Saponaro for helping me find the car that fit my needs and stay within my budget. I appreciated his patience with all my questions, he truly put me at ease.
I came today with a friend to get her a new truck, I ended up buying a new vehicle myself. It was a quick, painless and fun process. Honestly the nicest people to deal with. Joe and Maria are amazing and make an amazing team to get you the car you want at an amazing price. I highly recommend coming here and will continue to do business with them in the future!

Came to United about 2 weekends ago. Always seeing commercials that you can give great deals to everyone. Guess not my wife and I were there for maybe 15 mins and the salesman (Robert) told us I'd love to sell you a car but there's nothing I can do for you. Very poor customer service. But one thing good came out of it we got a great deal somewhere else.
I bought my car last year and it needed some work done recently. Some of the work was not covered under warranty. Not only did they cover the deductible on the original work but they fixed things that werent even covered and I payed nothing!!! Amazing customer service!!!!
