We were sent to this place by State Farm to replace our new EV9 windshield. A few months later we started hearing more wind noise. Both frames from each side started to lift. We looked under it only to find that they filled each clip with GLUE to hold the broken clips onto the frame. Breaking a clip is usual in taking off the frame, a good repair shop would have ordered ahead of time to just replace them. UPDATE: 05/08/26 Another great experience with United Auto Glass. They were so fast and efficient getting me in same day for full glass replacement. Excellent experience and service! I had a large crack on my windshield after a long-distance road trip. I called on Tuesday after 4:00 pm, and the receptionist got back to me with a quote within 20 minutes of my first call and scheduled my installation at my home for Thursday morning.
