I visited United Auto Glass after contacting Ford for my cracked windshield on my Mach E. These folks are absolutely outstanding!!!! After having a miserable experience with Safelite the day before. I called United Glass. I explained to the gentleman everything that occurred and now I was in a bind. Not only were they able to obtain the glass to fit a Mercedes Benz 250 GLB. They did it in under 24 hours, for Mercedes parts is unheard of. Not to mention they picked up the car in the pouring rain and brought it back a few hours later .
