Excellent experience and service! I had a large crack on my windshield after a long-distance road trip. I called on Tuesday after 4:00 pm, and the receptionist got back to me with a quote within 20 minutes of my first call and scheduled my installation at my home for Thursday morning. The team—Alex and another technician whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch—contacted me during my 8:00–12:00 window to let me know they were 20 minutes away. I visited United Auto Glass after contacting Ford for my cracked windshield on my Mach E. I was concerned about making sure all the specs were handled properly and asked Ford for their recommendation. Upon the recommendation to contact United Auto Glass, I scheduled an appointment and the staff were very accommodating and answered all of my questions and concerns.
