This was, without question, the worst automotive repair experience I have ever had. I brought my Mercedes to this shop because I was told Mercedes parts would be ordered and installed for the A/C repair. That representation was a major factor in my decision to trust them with my vehicle. Less than two years later, the entire repair failed. This repair facility is dishonest and shady. What I exprienced today, was not the first time. The manager there is inexperienced, ignorant and needs to be trained in the repair auto industry and up to par with customer service. The manager told me they could not repair my vehicle because they ran into an issue with a part on my car. I guess he just wanted me to take his word and shut up. First time coming there through Groupon to get oil change, tire rotation and 22 point inspection. It was a good visit as they were patient with me and got things done.
