I recently had an oil change done and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The total cost came to about $350, which I found extremely expensive for what should normally be a routine service. For that price, I expected a much higher level of care and attention to detail. What made the experience even more frustrating is that the vehicle was not washed afterward, something many places include as a courtesy.
