Why do I have to add my credit card information to obtain a boarding pass. Why can’t my wife bring her personal item with her without being accosted by the gate check. Why can’t I get a full can of ginger ale? Flight was fine.
As a person that flies A LOT. United has me extremely frustrated. Ive been on 6 flights with them in the last seven days. ALL seven have had some sort of equipment failure issue. The last two were partly because the ground team forgot to refuse the plane. This is extremely frustrating. Last night my flight got delayed as a result, I missed my connection. United Airlines is winning the race to the bottom! TLDR; United cancelled my flights and charged me (stole) $400 to add them back. Today, I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with AI (?) driven customer “service” chat bots. I had changed one leg of a flight and United Airlines took it upon themselves to drop two other unrelated legs from my return flight. Ok, they should just add them back to the reservation, right?
