Five stars United Airlines. Flight from Chicago to paradise FLL was awesome. Is been 20 years have not going back to Chicago. United Airlines love they have back seat screen TV, outlet chargers everywhere. I will be flying with them from now on. Stewardess- Ladies on this flight, no attitude, they also speak to you as you are VIP, human. Note- King David will always fly around with United Airlines.
This Airline has been so bad . Making you wait hours on the ground. And delaying flight . Something Is happening.
UPDATE: United Airlines has issued me a FULL refund. Extremely thankful. A++ I rarely leave negative reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with how my situation has been handled. Over a year ago, I purchased flights for my daughter and me to travel to Japan. Unfortunately, my mother passed away on April 30, 2026.
