I had a very disappointing experience at United Cargo on October 8, 2025, around 1:30 PM, with the woman working at Window 3 in the Cargo Export area. While I was next in line, she came outside and asked whose truck it was. The workers had an attitude, a little question makes them mad. I have express freight and should have express pick up, she said no we don’t do that, all while the sign is right there. I don’t see the point of paying for express if we are going to receive the same treatment as anyone else that doesn’t pay. Ended up waiting for 2 hours, then another 1/2 hr for them to give me the box!! Yet the last worker was overall nice in comparison.

United Airlines Cargo has helped us rescue dozens of incredible animals in need and everyone within the organization was kind, generous and helpful beyond words. An amazing organization to say the least..
