I have nothing against United but I do have an issue with whoemever they have employed that went through my checked bag and stole a never expensive knife from me. I will never get it back or get refunded from United for the stolen item so I want this bad review to be a warning for anyone traveling through the Philly airport to put locks on all your bags.
Pick up
Utter garbage logistics and planning. Poor service with minimal compensation after sitting on runway for 3 hours, needing new pilots, sitting on runway for another 2 hours, and de-planing again. 12 hours later and still haven’t been in the air. First and last time I will ever fly this airline
ALWAYS DELAYED OR CANCELED
I don't work here. Where are the employees that tag your bag? Kiosks are for employees not customers. Disgusting United service. Not even for Premier Access. And the staff is disgustingly contempt and disrespectful.
