I don't work here. Where are the employees that tag your bag? Kiosks are for employees not customers. Disgusting United service. Not even for Premier Access. And the staff is disgustingly contempt and disrespectful.
Small lounge, quiet, with helpful staff. Small for an airport lounge. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and a good selection to choose from.
