I had an awful experience with a specific customer service agent who repeatedly cut me off and refused to let me speak. Instead of helping the passengers, he spent all his energy defending and protecting the airline. The airline forced me to wait for 12 hours due to a massive delay just to get my luggage back. What makes it even worse is that they had plenty of employees standing around, but they completely refused to help.

Had very positive experiences flying with United. Tough to rate an airline overall, and so many unique things to consider. But generally it's all been very positive with united

United has long been my preferred airline for business travel because of your excellent staff. However, I had a concerning experience today while transferring from my Frankfurt flight. Upon rechecking my luggage, I noticed the transfer area seemed disorganized. More importantly, after I dropped off my bags, an agent moved my blue toolbox away from the other transfer luggage and toward the another door without explanation. Mainly fly with united. On this day an older Hispanic customer service rep was really helpful and made things easy especially for a passenger who needed wheel chair service, he was prompt and made things very simple. He looks mean but he really is nice and informative 👍

There was our first experience with United , du to strike of West Jet between 31July till 4 August, our back flight from Miami 3 August was cancelled!!!! I had by our tickets through United and everything was very good and smooth. No any delays and cancellations. Especially crew members were very nice and helpful.
