United has long been my preferred airline for business travel because of your excellent staff. However, I had a concerning experience today while transferring from my Frankfurt flight. Upon rechecking my luggage, I noticed the transfer area seemed disorganized. More importantly, after I dropped off my bags, an agent moved my blue toolbox away from the other transfer luggage and toward the another door without explanation. Terrible communication and customer service. Their app is horrible, not helpful at all. They said it was a 75 minute walk to my connecting flight. It was a tram ride to the next terminal and only took 10 minutes. The flight attendant on my international flight couldn't remember her name, let alone what I chose to drink from the cart. Mainly fly with united. On this day an older Hispanic customer service rep was really helpful and made things easy especially for a passenger who needed wheel chair service, he was prompt and made things very simple. He looks mean but he really is nice and informative 👍

Great flight experience! I flew a long 13 hour business flight from Tel Aviv to Chicago and I really didn't want the plane to land the food was delicious the flight attendants were amazing Of course I will continue to fly with you in the future until I reach the 1K level

I fly often and have never been spoken to the way I was on this United flight from Chicago to Wichita. The flight was a Boeing 737 and roughly a quarter full. Like many other passengers, people spread out after boarding to have more space. While we were stil waiting to take off, a flight attendant came through to count passengers.
