5/12 2026下午五点左右，我们是被一位可以讲中文的女士服务的。她是我见过服务态度最最不好的工作人员。我的问题没有说完，她就会果断打断我的说话。发生问题，没有任何想帮助解决的想法，态度恶劣口气强硬的告诉我解决不了。最后还是一位男士管理者主动上前非常有耐心的在一旁帮助解决。感谢那位男士，让我觉得温暖。那位华人女士希望以后对客人温和一些，毕竟你代表的是united。（旧金山机场国际出发值机台）
