Update 10/24/25 Manager from company reached out to apologize. My money was refunded. I feel I’ve been completely ghosted by your representative. My loan was approved, the draft was ready, and I had the down payment funds set aside. I’ve now been waiting close to three weeks for this vehicle to be ready. On Friday, September 12, I spoke with the assigned Mobility Systems Specialist. He told me the van had arrived from Arlington the day before, just needed new tires, and would be ready by Monday.
