I had a lift installed for my wheelchair on my Nissan Pathfinder recently, and was helped by Isabel and a new salesman named Don Rarick. Don took over my installation, and went above and beyond to help me get my car and chair there, make sure everything was installed correctly, then followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with the whole process. Update 10/24/25 Manager from company reached out to apologize. My money was refunded. I feel I’ve been completely ghosted by your representative. My loan was approved, the draft was ready, and I had the down payment funds set aside. I’ve now been waiting close to three weeks for this vehicle to be ready. On Friday, September 12, I spoke with the assigned Mobility Systems Specialist. He told me the van had arrived from Arlington the day before, just needed new tires, and would be ready by Monday.
