We brought our van in today, to make adjustments to the wheelchair ramp, and I wanted to leave a review as Anthony in service was outstanding from start to finish. He was both professional and prompt, and truly cared about fixing our van correctly. I would absolutely recommend United Access to friends and family.
United Access was so helpful. They knew what I needed more than I did. The install was a breeze. They picked up the car for the day and brought it back to the house. Don went over all the instructions. He called a week later to check in. I feel fortunate to have found them. Highly recommend.

United Access was a good company to work with. They made the whole process from picking out equipment and getting my vehicle to their shop for installation and back home to me easy and pleasant. I live over an hour from their shop. I was impressed that they would pick my car up for service and bring me back home.
Such a wonderful experience working with Don at this location. He is knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. He was able to order the scooter lift for my minivan same day I walked in to inquire about their services, and I had the install done within two weeks.
