Everyone here is incredibly helpful and seems to genuinely care about your mobility more than your money. Jemal immediately made us feel welcome and patiently led us through the process. He made sure we were satisfied and prepared before we left. There was a slight intermittent jerk, so we had to send it to the service department, where they diagnosed and repaired it promptly. We called needing a rental wheelchair van urgently as ours needed repair. Rachelle was kind enough to find one as we were not having success in finding one available anywhere in the Willamette Valley. We had special needs of which she took time to work things out (on a Monday too!). I called this business about a van for my Mother. Several calls to them no return calls no return emails the tone, was very low I’ll do business elsewhere Sad, that was my experience, I’m already going through enough with my mother being a cancer survivor and dementia issues.

We HIGHLY recommend United Access to anyone who needs service/repair; rentals or a new vehicle! We had our previous wheelchair minivan fixed here because our kneel chain snapped. We remember how much they worked with us a couple years ago. This past week, we wanted to purchase a newer wheelchair minivan so we made an appointment to talk to Jemal.
