I cannot say enough amazing things about UniteYQL. It has truly become one of my favorite places in the city and an essential part of my wellness routine. From the moment you walk through the doors you feel welcomed, supported, and energized. Unite is hands down one of the best studios I’ve ever been to. From the second you step inside you’re welcomed with a warm smile and a great atmosphere that makes you actually look forward to your workout. The energy of the place is unmatched and the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and supported. I really wanted to enjoy this studio, but the atmosphere at the front desk is unprofessional. The staff, particularly Laura and Sara, act friendly to your face but I’ve personally overheard them talking about customers behind their backs. It makes the environment feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable, especially for new clients. A fitness studio should feel supportive and inclusive, but unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience here.
I'm a new client and I've been having the best time at Unite! I've gone to a couple of Katie's classes and have had such a good experience. Spin is so energetic, fun, and positive. Highly recommend giving it a try!
