AJ who is a "condominium manager" here seems to think that he is paying his residents to stay at his properties. He is lazy, rude, and acts like his residents owe him something. There are many homeless people near the condo I stay at and as a result there's been multiple break ins. In response he blames everybody living there (mind you there's 24 units in this building).
