Worth noting the "5 star" reviews here are generally from people that get paid by or work with them, the lower ones are owners who encountered them just by living in a location using their services. As an owner, I was appalled they were so unprofessional but if you read their responses, you might notice the "not my job" approach they take. I suppose my biggest concern is how bad the communication skills are, a primary value add of this role.
