At first I was gonna write a terrible review about unison but I can't do that because of the nurse's that have came to see me was excellent professional and top notch especially Damaris and Casey they're the best i really appreciated their service but the case managers and the people that set everything up are terrible they told me a bunch of lies on why I couldn't get no nurse at the beginning it was just frustrating until they assigned Damaris to be my nurse and she's been on point doing an excellent job
Melissa teared me well and was very nice on every visit , besides that she was a very professional nurse and stuck to the program god bless her
The customer service isn't very good. I'm eligible to receive more physical & occupational therapy but they are trying to deny me some more. The nurse that shows up to my home only checks my blood pressure and then leaves. To make things worse, I was suppose to also receive a wheelchair and other medical supplies but they are refusing to deliver them to my home. The people that work here are terrible!
A couple of their people on the road have been great but their office has not been. Always have to chase them to get services. They don’t call us, we have to call them.
My compliments to nurse Andrea. We had our first visit today. i must say, Andrea was very pleasant n knowledgeable. Andrea made me feel very comfortable n answered all of my questions. My advice to Unison, hire more like her. 💯
