I was supposed to have 12 in home physical therapy sessions & only showed up 5 times. I called, texted and no response. Horrible.
This home health is HORRIBLE. Do not put your love one through there non reliable services. My dad needed STAT labs and they said someone will go out to do the labs Saturday here we are Tuesday no call or show. Nurses are totally unreliable they show when they want. Left multiple messages for someone to call me back again here we are no call back. Totally all about charging insurance and patients are not cared for.
My husband has CKD and his feet and legs swell. We have a wonderful LVN Andrea Carrillo taking care of my husband's wounds and shes heaven sent ! Shes wonderful with him and takes good care of his wounds. Shes such a joy to see when she comes for his visits, always happy and smiling ! I would recommend her to anyone needing this type of home visits.
The worst experience of hospital after care received, 5 days for someone to come see me after discharged from the hospital... Have to call them to have a nurse assigned to come to do wound care. They are very disorganized and take no accountability for it as still always someone else's oversight.
