No communication, seems if your not the right color they don’t care. Call multiple times to talk to them goes to voicemail. Had to go to the branch after a few days to get an update on a loan. Do not recommend.
I have banked here my whole life, but have tried other banking institutions when living elsewhere. Unison has really stepped up their game in the last several years with the digital banking and putting the right people in the right positions. Most recently I dealt with Ryan, Theo mortgage loan officer. This is my 3rd? Time dealing with Ryan and he absolutely knocks it out of the park.
