Really great people, they listen well. But I wasn't super happy with my cut and colour. The dye wasn't fully washed out so my neck got a burn, and my bangs weren't the length I wanted despite it getting trimmed twice before I left. I'd go again, but next time I'll be more picky about the little things. If I'm spending 100$ I expect it to be exactly what I want.
