Never returned my money, from a dress I return. Lied and say they have me cash. Will never shop there again. Bad customer services.
I've shopped online several times and always received great quality items and great service. I recently returned an item as it was too big and the return was hassle free and quick and easy and they (Phoebe) initiated email correspondence to keep me posted and promptly issued my refund as they didn't have the size I needed in exchange.
I just bought a prom dress for my daughter and we loved it... We over 2 hours they're just trying all the dresses they were beautiful and so many selections I would really recommend if you're looking for a prom dress definitely going there the prom dresses are very affordable but very elegant.
I just bought a bathing suit that was on their site as Catch of the Day. Yes, they were fishing to catch an idiot who would believe them. If this is a "catch" I'll take the consolation price. The bathing suit is horribly sewn and with two different fabric one lighter than the other. And, it doesn't stop there the rear has a line across your bottom where the ink ran on the design and is a big blotch. It gets better they sold it to me for $25 plus shipping and get this the suit shows up with a $20 tag. They couldn't sell it at... read more
