Terrible customer service, had to call from Canada because no response to my email. Never shopping on this site again and for sure letting my social network how bad my experience was.

I bought a dress for my daughters wedding here. I had a dress in mind that I saw online. I called before I went to the store to make sure they did have it in store. When I got there I couldn't find my size but one of the ladies checked the back for me and found the dress! I was so excited that she was able to find it for me. I will definitely be coming back.
I've been ordering online from this store for a while and I love their dresses, so I thought I would stop by during my California vacationing. Bad bad bad customer service. I was excited to be there, needed help with some sizes but girls working there were too engaged in their conversation and cleaning. Made me feel like I was interrupting them. 2 hr drive from my hotel to the store just for the "experience"....
