This place fell off a cliff after the new folks took over. None of the old crew are there anymore.
Under new management, the guy knows nothing about truck washing.. Won't even acknowledge the Unique trek wash card... should of just gone over to the streaking Beacon....
I’ve had several friends tell me the great experience they had there. Well, I tool them at their word and won’t go back. Was on a time crunch, Elog stuff, and didn’t double check. Well, they missed half my drivers fender, as well as multiple other areas. Yes, mine was dirty and it was the weekend, but still zero excuses. Because of where I will be running from now on, won’t worry about going back for a long while.
Horrible service the guys washing we're not consistent on a single area of the truck going back and forth they left bunch of dirty spots engine bay got rinse with cold water nothing more . took two trucks and on one they didn't touch a single rim on the right side. still pay $190 then one of the guys there got mad cus I left $10 on the tip jar.never gonna use them again shit blue become across the street do better job... I'm going back to my regular guys on Lancaster Rd next exit West bound on i20

Got my reefer trailer washed out, looks like they just sprayed the hose in there & called it a day. Yes I was in a hurry & didn't get up in there w/a flashlight or anything but I also shouldn't have to do that. My next pickup almost didn't load me bc they said it needed to be cleaned out. SMH I 'was' going to go back on my way back thru town to get my truck & trailer washed when I had more time this afternoon but after this pitiful washout I'm going elsewhere.
