They were not only fast at getting me what I ordered but also very courteous when I called in with what I thought was an issue (turns out it was just my brain). Willing to help me anyway they could to resolve the issue. Recommend 100%.

What? I ordered a trailer tongue tool box from the Unique website. I paid ($382 +tax) and received a confirmation number. Today I received a call from them stating that an additional $500 shipping fee was needed. I asked to cancel the order and decided to check the exact same product from several different vendors. The most expensive shipping from any other vendor was $62. I ended up finding it on a very popular site for free shipping.
