What? I ordered a trailer tongue tool box from the Unique website. I paid ($382 +tax) and received a confirmation number. Today I received a call from them stating that an additional $500 shipping fee was needed. I asked to cancel the order and decided to check the exact same product from several different vendors. The most expensive shipping from any other vendor was $62. I ended up finding it on a very popular site for free shipping. Easy on line ordering. Recieved my order within 4 days. Would use them again .
6 days ago I ordered toolboxes I wanted. I just got a call that they can not honor the price I was given and they wanted me to pay more. That alone is bad but 6 days have passed and I just got teh call. Terrible service. Do not deal with these guys.
