Dian was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived and took the time to explain the process. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very insightful when discussing my treatment and answering my questions. Her expertise and attention to detail made for an excellent experience. I hate to make a bad review for a small business but I have tried to contact this place and left messages and nobody is getting back to me. A week ago, I had a lash lift and tint, a procedure that I had done many times before but it was my 1st time here. While the lady who did my lashes was nice enough it seems like she didn't know very well what she was doing. Diana is the absolute best! Makes you feel comfortable from the start. So professional and friendly. Love her! Her place is always clean and welcoming.
