While they came out and did some repairs and recoated the roof while in the process of buying my house the roof coating began to blister and peel within eight months of the work being completed. There are soft low spots in the roof that should have been repaired correctly. I was told by Francisco to get on my roof every time it rains and remove the water. Sorry but that is not acceptable. Unfortunately I have had some roofing issues. I would like to say Unique Roofing has done great work. Francisco is kind, honest and respectful. He follows through with what he says. The work has been done quickly and correctly.
