Do not use this company at all. You have to push them to do any work or else they will forget about you. They would do 2 days of work every 2 or 3 weeks, we lost the first marble counter top we wanted because they forgot to pick it up, wrong hardware was installed on our cabinets/drawers. It’s been 10 months since our kitchen remodel was started and we are going on 3 months now that no work has been done. Pretty sure they have ghosted us at this point as we are no longer getting a response after reaching out.
I would not recommend this remodeling company. It took 7 months to finish a bathroom remodel we were quoted a maximum of 3 months on. During this time we were displaced from our master suite and living out of 1 guest bedroom and bathroom while I was pregnant. The contractor was aware we had a strict timeline and failed to deliver time after time despite empty promises. Josh will promise you many things that do not get achieved. They never finished the cement job on my driveway! The big troughs are still there and make driving precarious. They have never responded to my several requests to finish it up. I should never have paid the complete bill.
We chose Unique Renovations to do our Kitchen remodel and Josh Baker and his entire team did an amazing job! Our kitchen has gone from drab to Fab with the teams guidance and excellent craftsmanship!
