But when he got back home, he was so upset! He told me that the barber completely ignored him and took another customer instead, right in front of him. My son felt like he wasn't even noticed. Better customer service would go a long way!

My fiancé went in for a haircut today. He made an appointment for 2:30pm. When he got there, his stylist took someone else instead. He left, and then his stylist called asking to come back. When he got back, he made him wait another hour. Haircuts are good, but service is slacking
