Poor follow-up Unique Refinishers did a great job reglazing my tub. To perk up my old bathroom tile, I also had a tile tune-up and new caulking done. For about two weeks, my bathroom looked brand new. However, the grout and new caulk quickly became moldy and discolored despite diligently using their provided cleaner. Do NOT stand behind their work I had shower tile reglazed in March of 2010 - By April you could see black lines in the grout. They came and repaired, again in Sept. I noticed black lines in the grout (in different areas then before) they came and took pictures - then said I would have to pay a $75.00 service fee for them to repair. I only used the cleaner they specified. They did not say it was my fault but after LESS the ONE YEAR they do not stand behind their work.
