First appointment, she had her children running around and stopping to look at her screen during session. Not only is it objectively unethical and a concern regarding patient confidentiality, but it was uncomfortable for me as a first time patient doing my intake appointment. I worked with Torie on my mental healthcare med management for the last 1.5 years. Staci also worked with me alot, shes an admin who helps coordinate appointments and communicate anything between sessions (and more). Absolute horrible communication. We used Tori as my daughters psychiatric care, I believe 2 years ago. I reached out to see if I could get a letter from Tori stating my daughters diagnosis, Thursday of last week. I made it clear it was so the school, can help accommodate her disability. She read the message and never replied back. Called the next day. Spoke to her receptionist, I guess...
