These people will take your money and make you jump through hoops to fill out an application. Then tell you they're taking other applications...and never give you a reason or definite answer as to why. The house never ends up getting rented out either. I think they're just running rental app scams. Don't risk it. It's a waste of time, energy, and money. Edit: Two weeks after this review, my app fee was returned.
