Horrible experience. Made it very clear I hadn’t seen the rooms ahead of time, yet still charged me the same as my roommate who had double the closet space and a much bigger room than I. I sucked it up and paid it anyway because the staff seemed friendly enough. That was not true. Staff seemed nice but are extremely misleading.
