I give Unique Ortho 2 stars simply because my son's smile is beautiful following his treatment. The doctor and clinical staff did a great job. The billing department, however, is completely unorganized. After nearly 3 years of treatment, months after my son's braces had come off, a young gal trying to clean up the billing called and informed me that we owed $45, because they didn't realize that the insurance company had paid $45 years earlier for another treatment my son had and Unique Ortho would not be reimbursed the full ... read more
My son's smile is beautiful following his treatment. The doctor and clinical staff did a great job. We did have an issue with the billing department months after his braces came off, but to their credit, the business office manager & Dr. Bayrakdarian were quick to resolve the situation, which was much appreciated.
Best ortho ever and I've had braces 2x. They reshaped my teeth to make them even and remove a lot of the white spots on my teeth. I would definitely recommend this place and will be taking my son when it's his time soon.
These guys lied and said they couldn't use HMO and PPO together(illegal), took almost 3k from my flex account, half of which unauthorized and without my knowledge! I had to file a grievance 16 months into treatment because they couldn't figure out how to bill insurance. The list goes on. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I wonder how many others they scammed. They had the nerve to say "there must have been a misunderstanding" sorry but if your job is billing insurance....shouldn't you know how to bill the insuran... read more
This Dr and his staff are truly amazing! I love this business and all that their doing... once you join this family he will always take care of his smiles... even after you have paid in full and have your beautiful smile! You will not go wrong with this Orthodontist, he has a amazing personality and always smells super sharp when he's reviewing your teeth. Hats off Dr. B
Very poor service the guy didn't even listen to my concerns and the girl that took us back was VERY RUDE
Always behind at least Clovis office . And very unorganized and always hard to get appointment once they get your money
