Above and beyond service. When my old truck died suddenly mid-holiday season forcing my SO to Uber back and forth to work and leaving us without reliable transportation with a toddler we were in a stressful position. I spent days car hunting with little luck until we turned to Unique Motors. Mike and Justin were extremely helpful in getting us into a wonderful and much newer vehicle as quickly as possible. unique superstores is the place to go to get quality used cars. the sales and finance staff are professional and personable and I am very pleased with my new car. buying a used car can be precarious but the folks at unique superstores take a lot of worry out of the process.
One word... RIDICULOUS. I cannot believe the issues I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
They basically sell lemons. Everyone I’ve ever known has had major issues with their vehicles. When I bought mine it wouldn’t even pass inspection. They insisted on doing it sand I was glad I didn’t because they let me drive off the lot with a broken tire rod with my kid in the back seat. I should have returned it right then because it always had something wrong with it.
