Helpful when showing cars they have that I've stated I'd like to see. Not helpful when sending me information about cars that I do not want to see. Did not respond to my offer to come and test drive 2 cars before they sold one of the 2.

After 1 week, still did not answer my detailed questions about service history and issues with the interior of the LIMO including exposed wires on both rear doors that could be seen in photos. After another day, I was told the car was sold.... Guess they did not need my business...
