Excellent work. Went out of their way to do extra things not really a part of the job. One small snag came up and Maricio was quick to respond and fix it. Exactly what I want in a contract. Do What you say and do it well.
Unique, they are. They installed granite countertops in my kitchen and to my surprise the granite in front of the sink has a hairline crack which my husband and I didn't notice when the countertops were installed. We have been trying for months to get them to come look at it and have made several appointments with them and no one has shown up for the appointments. They will not answer our calls. WATCH OUT!!! They originally gave me a quote and then later changed the price. They have three bosses or owners, or whatever. Which never talk to the other, so they don't know what was said or quoted. It's ridiculous. They can't get their communication together. Do yourself a favor and go to another Granite location. Save yourself a head ache.

Gave it a 1 because there wasn't a 0. So many things went wrong I couldn't possibly write it all down here. I would not recommend them to anyone. The owner tried to break our original contract that was given to us by their sales staff (who also happen to be his own daughters) because he said the granite we had selected was a higher grade and we were quoted the wrong prices. The best prices with the best selection in town. They are the supplier of many of the local builders and cabinet makers. They have done all my countertops, fireplace and outddor bar-b-que area.
