I’ve been meaning to leave this review for some time, but I’m finally writing it now because I just had to buy a new chain for my daughter’s nameplate necklace. About two years ago, around Christmas, I purchased two custom name chains that cost me between $500–$600 in total. Both came with necklaces. In the last two years, my daughters have probably worn their chains only two or three times each, and almost every time the chains broke in random spots. Everyone else would charge me $40 to fix my tiny necklace. They charged me $20 and did it in 5 minutes. They’re really nice also.
