I brought a watch to this store for a simple battery replacement. The watch was working fine prior to it, with the exception of the dead battery. After replacement, the watch started running again but now the seconds hand is loose and doesn’t move properly. This place is fantastic…. They take care of you, are knowledgeable in their craft, one of the best jewelry spots I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a lot. Rob and Joe are awesome.
