I came in for a jewelry repair and was met with amazing customer service by the two gentleman in the shop. They were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They were also able to fix my bracelet quickly. I would definitely recommend them and come back again!

I brought a watch to this store for a simple battery replacement. The watch was working fine prior to it, with the exception of the dead battery. After replacement, the watch started running again but now the seconds hand is loose and doesn’t move properly. The watch master claimed that I must’ve either dropped it or hit it somewhere which was not a case. They sent it elsewhere trying to fix it, only to tell me a week later that it’s not fixable.
