This place is fantastic…. They take care of you, are knowledgeable in their craft, one of the best jewelry spots I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a lot. Rob and Joe are awesome.

Was looking to repair one of my mother’s diamond earrings where the back post broke in half at the threaded part. When I went to a Zales store on 86th St., they said they don’t do same-day repair and suggested me to go across the street to Unique Jewelers and ask for Joey. When we went into Unique, we asked for Joey. A gentleman stood up and said I’m Joey. We explained to him that we were looking to repair a broken earring post and for same-day service. To be honest, I am the type of person that relies on reviews for almost everything I shop for. I saw a few negative reviews and was hesitant, but I was in need of a gift for my husband for Christmas.
