The technician, Joel, couldn't have been nicer or more respectful of my home. For a routine maintenance call, he also was very thorough, noticing that the furnace installation done about a dozen years ago did not include all of the hardware it should have.
System notified me Joel was on his way, everything very professional. Systems are both new so didn’t expect much was needed but still pleasant experience.
The technician was very knowledgeable and communicated the problem and recommendations well. Thank you.
Kerbin was an outstanding technician and preformed flawlessly under tough conditions due to weak maintenance on properties HVAC systems. Fixed poor condensate original installation leaked from day one and took care of problems as they popped up.
Tom Kelly was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what I needed to do to accomplish my desired results. I appreciated him taking the time to go over the proposal with me, making it easier for me to understand what I need to do. I have not secured funding yet. I am still pondering through my options, so I have not had any work done yet.
