$380 for a tech to tell me my coolant was low. I was charged for the tech to put branded stickers on my HVAC equipment while he was "assessing". Then I try the furnace, which was working fine before, and it doesn't work. I ask them to come back to assess the heat, which had been working, and they give me the same rates to come back again. I think I'll go elsewhere.

Very happy with Unique Indoor Comfort's service. We had a necessary emergency fix. The late-night on-call technician was very polite, helpful and speedy. Grateful for our valuable service agreement with Unique.

Called Ed/Edward Danzach this morning for a cooling system quote. He called me back and was extremely unprofessional in his response. He told me an extremely high price without even looking at the property. He told me that they are very busy and they are charging high prices now because "they can get away with it now because it is high demand season for cooling". Sounds like they are a scam company. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to be ripped off..
