After receiving my health plan authorization for a CT scan , they refused to tel me what would be my copayment, if I don’t schedule the exam. Only 1 or 2 days before the actual exam day they would call me with the cost, said the rude guy on the phone. I will stay away this place.
The staff here is so pleasant, I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience at this office.
I went to Unique Imaging for my Ezra MRI. The office is clean and looks nice overall, although some of the seating is peeling and feels cheap, which contrasts with the otherwise polished space. The main issue was the front-desk experience. When another patient was called in before me, the staff assumed I was with her. No one asked who I was or why I was there. This office really has it together, where I was hsving some issues to get my MRI done, they provided me with the the necesary tools and info. To be able to get it done. They were patient and most cordial. My special thanks to the whole team and specially Claudia who walked me the whole way.👍❤️
