When you’re looking to make a purchase, they are very responsive and ready to help. once the sale is done, getting service becomes a challenge. I needed service of our tankless water heater. The guy name Vino gave me his company's card while visiting in Scarborough area. I called many times, first of all, this individual doesn't take phone call which ultimately goes on voice mail advising to send text message which I did. He promised to come but didn't show up. Called again & sent message, again he promised but no show up, third time, same thing. He is highly unprofessional, unreliable who don't honor time & commitments.
